OF THE RESEARCH CENTER

Dear Mr. Seligman:

I want to thank you very much for your kindness in talking to me at length on Monday concerning your recollections of General Marshall. It was quite helpful to have this first-hand information.

It will be several days before I will have time to tanscribe my notes, therefore, I can not send them to you today, but I wanted to send you my address as I promised.

I am enclosing a reprint of an article concerning our program.

Your sincerely,

Forrest C. Pogue
