on the packages since perhaps you may find one on it down there it is good & tastes like baked indian pudding but it doesn't require but an hour to cook. dont make it as sweet as the receipt says.

The sun has come out again so another funny warm day. I brought in my clothes to dry thinking it was going to be rainy. they were most dry on the porch. we have had very changeable weather for the last week with but little snow so far.

Walter Evans (Rubies husband) has given up his gasoline station as he cannot make a living he & his brother, too near Cohenoes perhaps. I am sorry. perhaps he will find something better hope so. Laura always went there to get her gas, she says that Rubie has done a wonderful thing in training that girl of Walters. she doesn't seem a bit like she was. she was on the street most of the time & eat like a hog. now she is more like other children. Helen picked out Rubie for Walter. We are getting our letters ready so when Bill comes to night he can take them along to mail. I dont know what we should do without him. for he comes in handy in many ways. our heat in the cellar has not been on since early morning so you see its quite mild. love Now & Merry Xmas to you all.
