Miss. Belle deCosta Green,
Morgan Library,
33 E. 36th. St.,
New York, New York.
Dear Miss. Green:
Did you ever receive the little note I addressed in care of Morgan Harjes, Paris, when you were over there.
I am so sorry I didn't have the pleasure of seeing you in Paris, and I hope that you spent an agreeable time in Europe.
I have been in this country about two weeks, but most probably will not be able to stay here very long, as I have some very important business to attend to in Paris, in December.
May I have the opportunity go calling on you here? I have all kinds of sweet messages for you from my mother, who especially wants to be remembered to you.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Believe me to be,
Yours very sincerely,
