February 25th.,1939.

My dear Mr. Harding:

We received yesterday, your letter of February 20th., confirming the terms of our's to you of the 17th., instant, for which we thank you.

Though you do not specifically mention your accord as regards the fact that we did not take out insurance for war risks, civil riots, etc., we consider, however, that you have taken full cognizance of this as we pointed it out to you in the letter of which you acknowledge receipt.

Thanking you again,

Please believe us to be,

Yours very truly.
