Regarding the last paragraph of your letter in which you state: "I understand further auction sales are anticipated", I wish to repeat quite categorically what I have said to you recently, that to our knowledge no auction sales are planned at all.

I look forward to hearing from you in regard to the above lists, at which time I hope that we may be able to proceed on a more concrete basis.*
