to the congregational church, it will be over by ten O'clock. Myrtie had a wonderful time here to have thanksgiving dinner. she wants to get away from there, but where will she go? no one seems to want her in her old age. the paper said they have had snow in Boston next suppose it will come here.

The woman who bought Bings house will go South after Christmas so Mrs. Pillsbury says she is going to shut up the house then for the winter. got heaps of money. her companion lives there & goes with her. the name is Talbot it seems she left a beautiful home in New Hampshire all furnished after her husband died and never went there afterwards, so this Mrs. Pillsbury told Mrs. Barry yesterday she has a daughter who married her son & wants Mrs. B to call & see her before she goes South & she said she would. I have just put on the heat but its not very cold to night. just for to warm up the house for the night. I shall sew on the dress probly [[probably]] tomorrow & guess finish it if possible. How long shall I make Doris slips & do you need some too I have just opened up the bundle this afternoon. have you any pattern for Doris such as she wants them made from & if not will try to hunt the last one if possible it may be put in the basket with the rest of the junk.
