I have the honor to request that an appropriation of 40.00 be granted for the purpose of  purchasing a large box stove and 20 feet of pipe for use in the the school house occupied by  Miss Ire Lumpkin at Meeting St P.O. S.C.  The room being very open with only one place which is insufficient to heat the same comfortably
