This is rather a personal, friendly letter, but the memory of the kind face makes me know thee will excuse it. Thy encouraging words are treasured among my pleasant remembrances, and are a strength in hours of weakness.

No doubt thee often receives words of praise and commendation from the world's popular people — so thee scarcely needs the thanks of an humble Teacher — yet I do thank thee most truly and sincerely for all thee has done in this great Cause. I am no
