Waxahachie, Feby 26 1869

Dear Governor,
Mr. Davlin has sent to me the enclosed paper with the request that I should forward it to you.
I suppose that she desires some help from the Bureau.
She is said to be a very good woman devotes herself faithfully to the school, and if there is any fund for such purpose she ought to be assisted.
