Richmond July 9th 1869

Dear Sir Write you a few lines to inform you that there is considerable disturbance with the school and all on the account of a Tablaust Mr Phelps and one Mr. Casselbery as tiranny to take posesions of the haus Every night which to practice a Tablaust which is contrary to the will of the people and to create great disturbs the church is all going to distraction and will if it is not stoped not only church but School and league and all Mr phelps and Mr Casselbery say they are going home or Tablause Saturday night whether the League meets or not and Mr Ritchard prator has ordered The League to meet Saturday night and he is the lead man of The League at present but Casselbey says that if they do meet that the White and [[demmerd]] will run them off or kill some of them but that is not worth mameing but I Want to Know if you give me charge of the house except Wendnesday night Saturday night Sunday [[and]] Sundy night I have got a nine Sunday school going on and will get a [[Loidway]] for it and a good day school if I ould only have the hand in my control and if I cant have  have control of the havs as all before seid all dont want nothing to do with it all Waits is you before on this Subfeat but due not know. Whether it got you [[arnat]] So you Will please let me  Whether you can] give me the rules and autority of this have so I may know what to do
