Dear Sir - We drop you a few lines for the purpose of getting you to procure us a teacher in the colored school at this place we want a man that is suitable and we presume you will no what kind of a man will suit us the schollars will none of them be fare advanced the present teacher has 28 schollars & we can say that the teacher who you may present for us can deliver on a regular school of 30 schollars - At present we have a lady teaching and we want to no if she has reported to you - she has been teaching three months and says she has reported to you 

We have not made any arangements yet about geting a lot to build a Church on but as soon as we get able it is our intention to procure a lot for that purpose - 

We wish you to write us immediately & let us no whether you can procure us a teacher so that if you can not we may look out at some other point
