Dear Frank:

This is just to tell you what has transpired in connection with the painting of the PAINE Estate. In answer to my letter to Mr. Metcalf, I got a little note from Mrs. Metcalf, saying they had turned a few over to Knoedler's for sale. Carl, whom I just spoke to, told me he had had about eight - two remaining, which, unfortunately do not interest me.

I thought you would like to know about this.

With kind regards,

Sincerely,

(Germain Seligman)

P.S. How did you come out with the photographs for your friend the decorator?
