Miss Helen Comstock,
"International Studio",
572 Madison Avenue,
New York City.

Dear Miss Comstock,

I wish to thank you for your letter of the 30th ult., which I did not reply to by return for the reason that we had to get permission from Mr. George Blumenthal to mention his name as the owner of two of these pieces.

I am herewith returning to you your proofs with the names of the respective owners written on each. Mr. Jean Bloch who purchased the beautiful table is a very important Parisian col-lector. By the bye, as I told you, the desk chair that you mention in your letter was presented by the heirs of the estate to The Louvre.

Mr. Germain Seligmann would esteem it a great favor if you would let him have a proof of the article that is to be published before it goes into print, and he would also like to know how the article in question will be entitled.

Taking this opportunity to thank you for your courtesy in the matter, believe me to be

Yours very truly,
JACQUES SELIGMANN & Co., Inc.,
