My dear Mrs. Jonas,

Remembering our pleasant conversations on the Aquitania, (when the horrible weather permitted!), I am very glad to inform you that the exceptionally fine BONNARD paintings about which I spoke to you have at last arrived, and I hope you will have an opportunity to stop here in the near future so that you may see them.

Of course, there are other interesting works to be seen, but I mention these particularly as I know of your interest in this great contemporary master.
