The border of his tunic is green on a black background. The border of his sleeve and dress is green with engraved patterns, and his belt is green. In his hand he holds a lion. He is seated on a rock which is green, beige, and black. The Buddha is of the Ming Dynasty, the beginning of the 13th Century, and comes from the Temple of Po Han Hsue from the department of Hon Don Hsuen, Province of Shan Si. Height of Buddha: 47" Width: 27 3/4" Price for the Buddha alone: $10,000 Price for two Attendants: 7,000.
