Your letter of April 28th, with enclosure of the photograph of your item:

#404 - DORE drawing
       Representing: "Beggar Girl with two 
       Babies, dated 1869,

has just been received, and let me say that I appreciate the promptness with which you forwarded it. 

I have decided to purchase this drawing at the price of

         £ 125.-.-
less 10%    12.90.00 (which you write you can allow off
         £ 112.10.-  (your originally quoted figure)
  (One Hundred Twelve Pounds and Ten shillings)

In view of the fact that you do not send any items aborad, will you be good enough to ship it to:

who will make payment upon receiving it. 

I am writing Mr. Bier accordingly, asking him to take care of this matter as a courtesy to me.
