Dear Mr. Neumeyer:

In answer to your letter of January 6th, I am pleased to confirm to you that we will be very glad to lend you the following drawings and water colors for your exhibition:-

Van Gogh "Vue à Stes. Maries"
Prud'hon "La Source"
Manet "Deux Têtes"
Toulouse-Leutrec "Portrait of Mr. Dihau"

Kindly be informed that the above items will be insured under our own existing policy against all risk both in transit and while on exhibit at Mills College.

We will communicate with Bud worth and arrange to have them pick up these items on or before January 21st.

As for the extended loan of the Van Gogh and Prud'hon drawings to Seattle, this is perfectly agreeable to us.

So that you will have a complete record and information regarding the drawings should you plan to publish a detailed catalogue, I am enclosing herewith a memorandum invoice containing full descriptions with the respective prices which you asked for.

Since last writing you the Géricault has been sold and at present the Cézanne water color is under consideration by one of our clients, so that I am afraid it will not be feasible to send you either of these items. Likewise, the Pissarro drawing is under consideration by one of our clients.

Believe me to be

Yours very sincerely,
