Gentlemen:-

Have you a pair of marble plaque or bas-relief of classic heads or figures, or Renaissance type in marble, alabaster, or terra cotta, which are already mounted, or which could be mounted on marble, to be applied to caen-stone panels 5'8" high x 3'4" wide, in a hall where the ceiling is 11'4" high.

We do not want religious subjects or cherubs. The figures or heads must be important enough for the spaces they are to occupy and suitable for a formal type of hall.

They should be old, but if they have been done by some well known sculptor in recent years, and are suitable, we would be glad to look at them.

Will you be good enough to let us know if you have such a pair of bas-relief,, so that we can come in to see them. If you have not, please do not bother to reply to this letter.

Very truly yours,
MISS GHEEN, INC.
