TELEPHONE SUPERIOR 4400 444 PARK AVENUE, NEW YORK MISS GHEEN, INC. 163 EAST ONTARIO STREET CHICAGO √ [[note]] GS [[/note]] INTERIOR DECORATORS November 11, 1925 Mr. Rene Seligmann, c/o Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc., 705 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York. My dear Mr. Seligmann: I have been in Chicago for ten very hectic days and therefore, have not been able to answer your very courteous letter of October 28th. I regret so very much that I was not able to come to your New York establishment, but my arrival from France was delayed because of the unspeakable rough voyage and had to cut short, my visit in New York. I received most courteous treatment from Mr. George Seligmann at the Palais de Sagan when Mrs. Nancy Cox McCormick took me to your superb Paris headquarters. If you should come to Chicago I do hope you will let me know, as I am always hopeful that I can place really fine things in my clients homes and feel that I would like to talk to you about such possibilities. Very sincerely, Marion H. Gheen MHG:FSC
