Mr. James Parmelee,
The Causeway,
Klingle Road,
Washington, D.C.

Dear Mr. Parmelee,

I am writing you these few lines to call your attention to two very rare Ingres drawings which we recently acquired in Paris, and also to a particularly interesting and recorded water color drawing by Turner.

It occurred to me that the next time you come to New York, you might care to come in and look at these.

Trusting that you passed a pleasant summer, with my kind regards.

Believe me to be,

Yours very truly,
JACQUES SELIGMANN & CO., Inc.
