Gentlemen:

Your Remington Rand Typewriter Service Agreement expires this month and once again we would like to bring to your attention the importance of continuing this service for your Remington Typewriter equipment.

This low cost maintenance plan has received universal acceptance from typewriter users. As you know, under the provisions of this agreement, factory trained typewriter specialist keep your typewriter at its mechanical peak, always ready to meet the most exacting typing needs and to deliver capacity production.

Besides longer typewriter life, the economy of fixed cost and "new machine" performance, this complete service plan has other advantages:

1. Thorough cleaning and proper lubrication of your typewriter at regular intervals.
2. Emergency repair calls at all times, without additional charge.
3. All adjustments brought up to factory standards periodically.
4. Genuine Remington Rand parts are used whenever replacement is necessary.
5. Elimination of petty service invoices, providing convenience and savings because only one check is required for payment.

The majority of Remington Typewriter users find that this is by far the most satisfactory and economical method of keeping their equipment in top operating condition.

-Your approval on the attached form will enable us to continue this service at quarterly intervals without interruption.
