1. Localizer course width tailoring being accomplished by local maintenance personnel.
*2. Low threshold crossing height of the glide slop (45.6″) will require increase in glide slope angle. Flare angle must also be corrected. Estimated completion January 2, 1968. 
3. L-850 centerline lights under construction. Estimated completion December 1, 1967.
4. E1.FAKA touchdown zone lighting must be evaluated for authorization below 1600 RVR.
*5. Obstructions - Middle marker building, Weather Bureau ceilometer in Approach Light Area. Final Approach Area-localizer transmitter building for Runway 22 and Runway 4 ALS substation, ALS switchgear, ALS storage shed, on-and-off-course field detectors and radar reflectors. Touchdown Area and Transitional Surfaces - blast barriers, transmissometer, DME antenna, radar reflectors. Missed Approach Areas and Transition Surfaces - PAR and railroad.
Waivers being requested for all obstructions. Decision height will be adjusted to controlling obstruction. ALS, field detectors, and radar reflectors will be furnished with frangible couplings. Some radar reflectors will be lowered or relocated. 
6. Inner marker scheduled for commissioning January 2, 1968.
7. Critical area marking to be accomplished by airport sponsor by January 2, 1968.
*8. Continuous power - a 550 KW central plant will be started December 1, 1967, with planned commissioning September 1968.
