The Field Audits Division of the Civil Aeronautics Board has made an examination of the books and other records of New York Airways, Inc. for the period July 1, 1961 to June 30, 1962.

At the conclusion of the examination, our representatives discussed the audit findings with Mr. G. J. Glynn, Assistant Treasurer and agreement was reached on all items. Your review of these audit findings listed in the attached appendix, and confirmation that corrective action has been taken are requested.
