6. The water and wash closets and other plumbing fixtures shall not be used for any purposes other than those for which they were constructed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags, or other substances shall be thrown therein. All damages resulting from any misuse of the fixtures shall be borne by NYA, if NYA, or its servants, employees, agents, visitors or licensees, shall have caused the same.

7. NYA shall not mark, paint, drill into, or in any way deface any part of the Building. No boring, cutting or stringing of wires shall be permitted, except with the prior written consent of GCB, and as GCB may direct.

8. No bicycles, vehicles (other than aircraft) or animals (other than properly caged household pets travelling with passengers) of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Building, and no cooking shall be done or permitted by NYA without GCB's consent. NYA shall not cause or permit any unusual or objectionable odors to be produced at or permeate from the Heliport or related facilities other than those resulting from normal operation of the Heliport.

9. No space in the Building shall be used for manufacturing, for the storage of merchandise or for the sale at auction of merchandise, goods or property of any kind.

10. NYA shall not make or permit to be made, any unseemly or disturbing noises (other than caused by aircraft complying with the noise requirements set forth in the agreement to which this exhibit is attached) or disturb or interfere with occupants of this or neighboring buildings or premises or those having business with them whether by the use of any musical instrument, radio, talking machine, unmusical noise, whistling, singing, or in any other way. NYA shall not throw anything out of the doors, windows or skylights or down the passageways.
