15-1 The next morning, the first complete flight was made which left La Guardia Airport and went to Newark Airport and back to La Guardia through Idlewild.  This flight was completed at 9:41 A.M. inaugrating the first Triangle Flight.

16-1 Delivery was taken on the second helicopter (406-A) on October 29, 1952, and the third (407-A) on November 26, 1952.
