SECTION - ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES
CHAPTER - STEWARDESS ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES

Airways, such information as stewardess manuals, or information contained in such manuals, company policy manuals. Such inquiries are to be referred to the Chief Stewardess.

19. All stewardesses will be considered as probationary employees for six (6) months from date of her graduation from stewardess training. She may be dismissed at any time during this period or after this period, for inability to perform her work to NYA standards.

20. Soliciting, collecting or accepting contributions on company time is not permissible.

21. A stewardess is required to give a two week notice, in writing, if she is resigning or she will be considered terminated for cause.

22. If a stewardess becomes pregnant during her employ, she will be required to resign.

23. A New York Airways stewardess will not receive Severance Pay.

24. Willful damage of company property will be cause for dismissal.

25. A stewardess will not discuss confidential company matters with her passengers, complaints or remarks pertaining to her working conditions, or hours of service, or say anything derogatory regarding New York Airways or any other airline or travel agent.

26. A stewardess will not board a company aircraft or an aircraft of any other carrier without proper authorization.

G. UNIFORMS

1. Stewardesses shall wear the prescribe company uniform at all times when on duty and shall wear it in the manner prescribed by New York Airways.

2. Stewardesses shall maintain the uniform in the best possible condition, and are required to replace the uniform after a year's service, if it is not in good condition. Replacement of such uniforms shall be determined by the Chief Stewardess.

3. Stewardesses will purchase their own uniforms. New York Airways will offer a payroll deduction plan for those wishing to use it for this purpose.
