HELIPORTS. At La Guardia, N. Y. Int'l and Newark airports, passengers assemble at New York Airways ticket counter.

NEW YORK CITY- The West 30th Street Heliport is located on the Hudson River and West 30th Street in Midtown Manhattan.
THE WHITE PLAINS HELIPORT is located at the Westchester County Airport.
The STAMFORD HELIPORT is located on Hanover Street off Shippan Avenue in downtown Stamford.
The NORTHERN N. J. HELIPORT is located at Teterboro Airport. Passengers assemble at Atlantic Aviation Co. passenger service lounge.

TICKETS. Tickets may be bought from any scheduled airline, your travel agent, or at any New York Airways ticket counter.

RESERVATIONS. Reservations may be made at any airline ticket office, through your travel agent, or by calling New York Airways direct (New York, ILlinois 8-7400; Newark MArket 3-2590; White Plains, ask operator for ENterprise 9385; Hackensack [Teterboro], N. J., ask operator for WX 6432). When reservations are made at an airline office immediate confirmation will be received through that airline's New York office. Flight coupons or exchange orders from all scheduled airlines to New York Airways are accepted.

BAGGAGE. Free allowance is: 40 lbs. Domestic; 66 lbs. First Class Int'l; 44 lbs. Tourist Class Int'l. Carriers' liability for baggage shall not exceed $100. per passenger unless a higher valuation is declared and applicable charges collected in advance.

INSURANCE. Airplane trip insurance may be purchased for all scheduled NYA flights.

CHARTERS. Charters in the Greater New York Metropolitan area may be arranged for at any time.

CARGO. NYA provides air express and freight service around the clock between Metropolitan New York airports and suburban points.

EQUIPMENT. Flights are presently operated with Sikorsky S-55's, and the larger 12-passenger S-58's. Also available for charter is the new executive type Bell 47-H. Vertol 44b's are alternate equipment on all flights.

HELICOPTER SERVICE. In Los Angeles via Los Angeles Airways, in Chicago via Chicago Helicopter Airways and in Europe via Sabena Belgian World Airways.

Certificated by the Civil Aeronautics Board to carry mail, property and passengers by helicopter, New York Airways inaugurated on July, 8, 1953, the FIRST REGULARLY SCHEDULED HELICOPTER PASSENGER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. NYA had already inaugurated the world's first helicopter cargo service in January, 1953.
