It will now be possible to eliminate the present dependence of the air passenger upon the increasingly time consuming and inconvenient means of ground transport between city centers and outlying airports (and, eventually between city centers as well) which, as the speed of long-range jet transportation has increased, has become a notorious anomaly of this country's air transportation system. 

Thus, even at the off-peak traffic hours, ground transport between mid-Manhattan and Kennedy International Airport now requires some ______ minutes and during the rush hours this can extend to as long as _______. In contrast, the Company's helicopter service from the roof of the Pan Am Building to Kennedy Airport will require only seven minutes. Since this heliport is situated in the very center of the most densely populated area in the world, the ability of this new service to attract a high level of public patronage seems fully assured. 

Traffic Growth
Despite the difficult operating problems referred to above, the Company's traffic results have clearly demonstrated the growing public utility of these services.
