Mr. Carl Moller -2- December 29, 1967

By the above I do not at all mean to be discouraging. To the contrary I continue to think that the "Skylark" may well have the seed of an idea and is a very interesting application of the Saigon proposal we submitted to M.S.T.S and various other agencies last year.

As you will note, I have copied this letter to Dick Wheatland and am attaching your folder to his copy with the request that he contact you as soon as possible after his return to the city on January 7th. I am going to ask Dick to head up a renewed effort directed at solving the problem of what kind of economically feasible work can be accomplished by New York Airways during the night hours -- primarily between 11:00 at night and 6:30 in the morning.

Very truly yours,
Robert L. Cummings
President
