In additional to the scheduled passenger flights consisting of airline connection and inter-city service, charter and contract flight service will also be offered. 

HELIPORTS AND FACILITIES

San Francisco & Oakland Helicopter Airlines will operate from the finest and most convenient heliports and facilities possible. 

From the concentrated complex of the San Francisco International Airport, the airline will operate from the middle concourse section in the center of all airline and passenger activity. Helicopter ticket counters are located in both baggage areas adjacent to the main entrance to the airport, with an additional information/ticket counter in the main passenger lobby. 

The downtown San Francisco Heliport is located in the heart of the city's financial district at the new site just north of the Ferry Building and adjacent to the World Trade Center. 

In downtown Oakland, the heliport is conveniently located near Lake Merritt on 10th Street., adjacent to the Oakland Auditorium and Exposition Building. 

Similar heliport facilities are being planned in Berkeley and Palo Alto for inauguration of helicopter service. 

MANAGEMENT

The five key administrators of this airline have many years of scheduled helicopter airline experiences, thoroughly trained in the art of scheduled helicopter transportation. 

The prime organiser and president, M. F. Bagan, is a graduate of the Notre Dame School of Business Administration and the Notre Dame College of Law. He has an outstanding background of airline experience, including service as assistant to Civil Aeronautics Board members; trial attorney for the Bureau of Air Operations, CAB; Vice-President and Assistant to the President, Los Angeles Airways; and Director of Research, Central Airlines. 

Mr. John J. Cunningham, Vice President-Assistant to the President, held many positions of responsibility with Los Angeles Airways, including Assistant Operations Manager and Manger of Stations. Mr. Cunningham is a graduate of Purdue University and holds many aviation ratings, including Commercial Pilots Certification, Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor, USAF Flight Engineer. As a Major in U.S.A.F.R., he has over 3000 hours of flight time.
