Dear Bekkie:

This is not the first time I write to you in the course of the last few years, but I have a strong feeling that none of my letters ever reached you, or perhaps none of your answers reached me.

I am very anxious to hear from you. I saw Israel a few times about three years ago but not again since. I would also like to know how he, and all your family, is.

I hope that in the near future I will have the pleasure of meeting you again. It would be good to be back in London. The news of the war is marvelous- better every day - and I am so very happy to know that the bombing of London has stopped.

I am filled with admiration for all of you and I remember what Israel told me about your own bravery during the "blitz".

Please let me hear from you soon. With best regards to you all,

Very sincerely yours,

(Georges E. Seligmann)
