Brooklyn, N.Y.

Dear Mr. Somers: -

I wish to thank you for your very kind and courteous letter which I received this morning, and to tell you that Mr. Seligmann and myself will be very delighted to call upon you some evening that may be convenient to you.

I am leaving to-morrow with Mr. Seligmann for a breif trip to the Middle West, and as soon as we return we will avail ourselves of the pleasure of coming to see you.

Taking this opportunity of wishing both Mrs. Somers and yourself a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Believe me to be,
Yours very truly
