Dear Mr. Sonnenberg;

To my knowledge you are the first American collector to own a drawing by Charles MAURIN - this calls for congratulations. You will be happy to learn that your drawing has been much admired while in our exhibition.

In view of the artist's relationship to the Symbolist and Rose-Croix movements, I thought you might be interested in the photostat relating to these esthetic schools, herein included, as well as additional biographical information concerning Charles MAURIN.

As per your indications, the drawing will be delivered most probably on Tuesday, December 28th, to A.P.F., 231 East 60th Street. For your information the drawing is already protected by a Plexiglas.

I take pleasure in enclosing herein my firm's invoice in the amount of $600., (six hundred dollars) plus 7% sales tax.

With all good wishes.

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligmann
