I have the honor to report that the "discrepancies"in her Accounts are errors in copying, not affecting the result. 
In form No 2. May 1864 the total footing of the columns is correctly stated as $4593.24
The end result placed on the back of said forms, for convenience in filing away, was incorrectly written by our clerk $1593.24.
The second incorrect amount $3884.66. was a continuence of the former error, but as it was written, not on the Rolls, but on the wrapper, it does not affect any aggregate.
