Major!

I have the honor to transmit hereby Monthly Reports for November and respectfully referre to my Special reports of October in starting, that no change for the better has been, except that on the 29th last, Lieut Almy with 6 men, 5th U.S. Cavalry reported to me from Lawtonville for duty, with the request for forage, which I promptly obtained from the A.Q.M. at Savannah and under my charge brought up to the station and given to the Officer in Command my instructions.

My present at the Rice plantations demanded my immediately return, to attend the dividing of the Crops and have the pleasure to state, that W.C. Daniell's Plantation is included, his share will bring about 2700 Bushels Rice, without any outlay.
