FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCY
NATIONAL YOUTH ADMINISTRATION
FOR CALIFORNIA
2328 WEST SEVENTH STREET, LOS ANGELES

June 13, 1941

Dear Mr. S.:

Because if suppressed aspersions on my epistolarian activities with their attendant philosophies and idiosyncracies, I am preparing for you an exhaustive disquisition on my present assignment.

This will include:

a). An outline of procedure and plan to articulate only with educational agencies;

b). A survey of practices and trends in learning;

c). Dissemination of information relating to extra curricula work;

d). An evaluation of terminal education;

e). Statement of objectives and policies of joint conferences of three sub-committees on fellowships;

as created by Plan V and interpreted by the California College Work Council, State Board of Education, Parent-Teachers Association, California Joint Committee on Work Experience, Committee on NYA Relations of the California Association of Public School Superintendents, and the Steering Committee on NYA Fellowships.

As soon as this dissertation is in rough draft, copies will be submitted to the various agencies interested; and upon receipt of their comments, suggestions and corrections, a final draft, with annotated bibliography, will be sent to you. Together with a black widow spider.

With kindest personal regards,

Very sincerely yours,
