Dear Mr. Eckenrode:

 Enclosed is an analysis of the work we feel should be done to produce a useful analysis of the helicopter ambulance operations that might be set up in the demonstration areas plus adequate planning for same.

 Attached is a breakdown of the personnel required plus related expenses. You will note that the cost runs somewhat higher than you and I discussed. This is, however, out best judgement of what it will take to do a proper and complete job assuming analysis of your demonstration areas. You will note that the travel is particularly higher than the figure you had given me, but we feel that the manufactures and the areas must be visited in order to make a useful analysis of the operation.

 I am having this delivered to you by hand in the hope that you will have it in time to meet your deadline. If you have any questions and wish to talk to me during the weekend, my home telephone is 212 LE 5-4298.
