2. Working hours should be observed. At starting time each employee should be at his proper place ready to begin the day's work.

3. Relief and lunch periods should be begun on time. Employees are requested not to leave the Company premises during relief periods unless they are able to return to their desks within the time allotted.

4. Company telephones are not to be used for personal telephone calls during office hours except in the case of genuine emergency. Wherever public telephones have been installed, they are to be used for this purpose.

5. Women are requested not to smoke in Company offices during the Company's office hours.

6. Card playing or anything of a similar nature should not be done at desks during lunch or relief periods. Every effort should be made to provide some recreation spaces for this purpose.
