B. Mail
 1. General
  a. Send mail out when completed throughout the day and do not accumulate until late afternoon. Such accumulations create an unwarranted volume in the Mail Section which may result in delay and error. 
 2. U.S. Mail
  a. Since NYA is engaged in carrying air mail, it is good practice, when writing on Company business to individuals or persons outside of the Company, to use air mail whenever its use will accelerate delivery.

B. Personal Mail
 (1) Personal letters shall not be written on Company stationary or placed in Company envelopes. 
 (2) Personal Mail to and From Shemya
  (a) Personal mail for employees at Shemya shall be addressed to them at Shemya c/o New York Airways Mail Section, 1885 University Avenue, St. Paul 1, Minnesota, proper air-mail postage affixed and the letter posted in any U.S. mail box.
  (b) Personal mail from employees at Shemya shall be addressed to the receiver's home address. Proper air-mail postage shall be affixed and the letter placed in the Company mail pouch on departure of the aircraft from Shemya. This mail will be delivered to the U.S. Post Office after arrival of the aircraft in MSP.
