An expanded Student Personnel Service has the full time attention of Rev. Brother Philip, O.S.F., who has a doctorate in guidance and psychology. Personnel Services begin with pre-admission counseling and orientation, continue with all the accepted forms of individual and group guidance, and end up with job placement and alumni follow-up of graduates. Student employment, both within and without the College, necessitates an active placement office which may be used by local businessmen. Other features of the student personnel service include programs in achievement and aptitude testing, reading improvement, graduate scholarship, career information, and counseling.

The academic program is supervised by Rev. Brother Camillus, O.S.F., who holds a doctor of philosophy degree in the field of modern languages. The B.A., B.S., and B.B.A. degrees are offered through the medium of five divisions at the College - Humanities; Science and Mathematics; Social Science which includes Education: Philosophy, Psychology, and Theology; and Business Administration. Pre-theological, pre-dental, pre-legal, and pre-medical studies are available. An evening program in business studies, under the direction of Mr.

The remaining student activities are fostered by Rev. Brother Henry, O.S.F., Ph.D., principally under the aegis of an active Student Council which sponsors clubs in connection with the curriculum, encourages three fraternities (one a spiritual group), and authorizes several publications.
