4. Maintenance and Overhaul Contracts - PAA and TWA could render valuable assistance to New York Airways in promoting contracts for military maintenance and over-haul work.

5. Foreign Aid Programs - New York Airways has conducted and participated in several studies for foreign governments and commercials interests. Under contract the Portuguese Government, a study of possible helicopter service on the Island of Madeira was carried out. Similarly under contract the Pakistan Government a detailed study was carried out which has lead to the scheduled helicopter operations in East Pakistan.

6. Charter Flights - Three of New York Airways' helicopters will be equipped with "lift" devices. The availability of these machines should be made known at least throughout the eastern half of the United Sates for short term contracts and any place in the world for long term contracts. In addition , subject to schedule requirements, all New York Authority or the Directors of Long Island Light and Power.

7. Special Public Service - In case of catastrophe, New York Airways' helicopters and personnel are available for survey, photographic or rescue work depending upon the circumstances. Information to this effect should be known on as broad a basis as possible.

8. Flight Training - Again, subject to schedule requirements, New York Airways' helicopters and personnel are available for light training including IFR as wall as VFR. Similarly mechanics can be trained in helicopter maintenance and overhaul procedures.
