Stoughton Feb 1st 1947

Dear Doris.

A sudden change in the air has brought us cold weather from 60° to 20 degrees above in a few hours, but its to sunny & we can stand the change a little better the weather report says snow flurries to 
weather tomorrow. A snow storm is on its way but it may not hit us.

Doris is coming to night. She says she went back Monday to work the postman has just been here he came early so my letter wont go till Monday & Doris may write & send has along with it.

Mary L B Reynolds funeral was yesterday afternoon & Mrs Barry was the only one of the choir who attended it was crowded though with people held in the Funeral Home on Monk street. two ministers
attended, a nice funeral sermon they preached.
