Dear Doris a cold cloudy day. we had a slight snow after a rain during the night but by morning no trace of the snow could be seen. so far our snow hasn't ammounted to much. we feel the snowey air and thats all. I shall look for Doris the end of this week. She is to come before she starts home as she usually does. I am sending down your check which came by post this morning. she is to put it in the office as she goes to the Chicataubut meeting this afternoon. Sid is having bad luck with the new car he got so far. its been just a bill of expense hope it will turn out better soon. too cold to stay up stairs longer. love Ma.
