Private Isaiah Wilson [[?]] [[?]] 40th July is hereby relieved from duty at these headquarters and will report without delay to his [[?]] at [[?]] [[?]] Charleston harbor S.C for duty [[?]] headquarters [[?]] date of July 27th (the execution of which was temporarily suspended by letter of instructions under date of July 30th.) is herby announced to read as follows. "EduLiDeare [[?}} Officer will furnish transportation on the 19th [[?]] from Charleston to Columbia for: [[?]] Clerk John [[?]] [[?]] Stanley [[?]] 2 French [[?]] Janitor Port [[?]] SC [[?]] having tendered jis resignation as an Officer f the Army is hereby relieved from duty as [[?]] in this Bureau. He will turn over all [[?]] property for which he is responsible to [[?]] 40th US July [[?]] Charleston SC. The journey made by Mr. E F Gary agent B.R.F + AL from Charleston to Columbia SC [[?]] from the 13th to 16th July 1868 inclusive, on Bureau [[?]] without order, is herby confirmed. The Disbursing Officer will pay the actual cost of transportation thereof.
