A comparison with the existing constitution will show where the changes were made. You will note that the attachment does not include the NCAI By-laws as no change was made in the By-laws at Reno. As soon as the Executive Council certifies the revised constitution, a revised constitution and By-laws will be printed and made available to the membership.
