RESOLUTION NUMBER 11

To conduct a Poll of Indian Opinion

WHEREAS, it is obvious that policy cannot intelligently be developed nor action determined in the absence of such information, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES, that the Executive Council of the National Congress of American Indians take such steps as may be necessary to bring about a cooperative arrangement with the aforesaid Research Center, including the raising and expending of funds, in order to carry out a survey of Indian opinion.
