McNickle has written Dan Madrano I believe concerning the news letter and if it should develop that these copies can be printed in quantity, at least the first several issues might be distributed through the area leaders as complimentary copies. In these issues contributions and/or subscriptions might be solicited for raising funds. 

I know you will treat this letter confidentially. I believe we both can contribute as we have in the past in our respective areas of influence. Let us not lose contact. (I might that that I am the only Indian in history who is a division head and this priveleged to sit in staff conferences here where policy is shaped.)
