Dear Mr. Maguire:

We are in receipt of a request from Charles E.J. Heacock, Wellington Arms Hotel, 2970 Sheridan Road, Chicago, 14, Illinois, for copy of the constitution of the National Federation of Federal Employees, preferably in large mimeograph form. This we do not have.

Mr. Heacock is not a member of the Federation and he does not state for what purpose he wishes the constitution. We are therefore sending copy of the printed constitution to you so that you may get in touch with Mr. Heacock and if he has goo [[good]] reason for desiring a copy of the constitution, give it to him.

Copy of this letter is going to Mr. Heacock.
