Attn: Ms Deborah G. Douglas, Aeronautics Department

Dear Deborah:

It was nice talking with you last week and it would be a pleasure to meet you. Occasionally we have Board meetings, Conventions in your area and if I find any planned in the future I will contact you.

Enclosed please find my scrapbooks, newspaper clippings and other material which I though you would be able to use. I would request that all of the information be returned to me.

I dug out the original foot locker and found many of the articles and clippings that are enclosed. I read through the enclosed letters and in them they five information regarding flight times, pay scale, type of aircraft and general information about the places that we landed at.

I also found my flight log and orderly write ups. I however, have not been able to locate my stories, I'm afraid that in the years they may have gotten lost in the shuffle.

I hope the enclosed material helps you in the writing of your book. Please let me know when it is published and I hope to be one of the first to purchase an autographed copy.

I have another mailing lable from you and if I find anything further that I feel would be useful in your Women's Aviation History book I will send it on to you.

Good luck in your writing and have a lovely New Year.

In Navy Love
Gloria Farwell
