Looking through another newspaper, I found these pictures of the WAFS and the WASPS.
I have any number of newspapers and magazine clippings written about the WAFS, but unable to remove from the scrapbook pages. Not knowing how extensive  your library is concerning the WAFS you may like to see these sometime. If you are interested, maybe I could stop at Washington on one of my trips to the North.
